Terms & Conditions

Inquires and reservations for accommodation can be made online booking form, by e-mail, phone call or in person. By confirming a reservation, the Traveller confirms that he/she is aware of the General Terms and conditions of the travel services and fully comprehends and accepts these terms which are binding for both the Traveller and the Agency. The Traveller is obligated to provide any information which is required for the reservation process.
After completing your reservation and paying the full amount for your booking, you will receive an confirmation e-mail as soon as possible. The e-mail from us contains full details of your reservation including balance due on arrival, apartment address, and apartment owner contact information.

That is your official reservation confirmation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you must contact the owner of your accommodation to inform him or her of the details of your arrival. The owner's contact information is contained in your reservation confirmation e-mail. The normal procedure is for you to go directly to the apartment where you will be greeted by the owner and given the keys.

Upon payment in full of your accommodation and copy of Photo ID is received on arrival, keys will be issued to you. All guests are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys and call fees are payable if a replacement key is required. All keys are to be returned. Any missing keys will be replaced and the cost charged to your credit card.

All accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. A professional clean will be carried out on check out and the cost is included in your total booking amount. Mid-stay cleans & a change of linen are available upon request and do incur additional fees.
There is no smoking inside any of Apartment in Zagreb´s Properties. If there is evidence of such including a smoke odour you will be charged a fee of €100.00 to cover the cleaning of curtains, carpets and air-conditioning sterilization.
Payment Policy

The price of the service includes the basic service as described in the price list for the accommodation unit and the reservation includes: daily rental of allocated units, bed linen, equipped kitchen with the necessary dishes, water expense, gas and electricity costs. The service rates are listed in Euros. The Landlord reserves the right to change the listed rates.
For reservations with 3 months or more in advance is due a the payment of 30% , deposit upon booking and the balance is due upon arrival.

When making a credit card payment, please be noted that your credit card will be charged to the amount stated in kunas based on the exchange rate of “Privredna Banka Zagreb”.

Should the number of people for the reserved accommodation unit exceed the number indicated on the travel documents (voucher), the service provider has the right to withhold services for unannounced travelers or allow all Travellers and request additional payment for unannounced Travellers on the spot.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that the Traveller wishes to change or cancel a reservation by the Traveller himself/herself, he/she must do so in writing (by e-mail or telephone).

For fixed confirmed reservations for private accommodation units, the date on which the written cancellation is received represents the basis of the calculation of costs as follows:

- for a cancelled reservation up to 15 days prior to the beginning date of the service - 20% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 14-2 days prior to the beginning of the service - 50% of the total amount of the reservation
- for a cancelled reservation 1 day prior to the beginning of the service, or if the guest does not come, or cancels inside the booked period, the 100% of the total amount of the reservation price.

If there is an EXTREME circumstance as to why you need to cancel, a refund may be considered at the discretion of Apartment in Zagreb.

We will NOT accept the following reasons:
•Change of travel plans
•Found alternate accommodation
•Property location isn’t suitable

Under NO circumstances are the 2.7% credit card surcharge refunded.
